How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Delivery time on imprinted items is approximately 4 weeks. Unimprinted items can be shipped more quickly.

Is there a charge to add a logo to our custom imprint?

Yes, there is a $24 charge to include your logo in the imprint area.

How can I send in my logo?

Camera ready black and white art is best by mail. If sending art via email, please send as an Adobe Illustrator file with everything vectored and outlined (Macintosh compatible preferred). Please include your contact information in the email.

Can I have pencils, stickers or rulers imprinted?

No. Pencils, stickers and rulers come with different safety slogans, but not customization.

How large is the imprint area?

Imprint areas vary from product to product. Please call 888-209-4218 for individual imprint areas.

If I order several coloring book titles, can I use the "each" pricing for the total quantity?

Yes, you can combine different styles of the same type of product for quantity pricing except for bags and slide giudes.

Can I place my order with a credit card?

Yes, we accept VISA and MasterCard.

What will my shipping costs be?

Cost for GROUND shipping to continental United States, (48 contiguous states plus the District of Columbia), is 5% of your order total.

If I order trick or treat bags early in the year, can I cancel without penalty if our plans change?

Yes, early trick or treat orders can be canceled without penalty before June 1st.

Yes, if you are not completely satisfied, return your order for a full refund.
